Easy and fast for getting tough plants IDed

I am a botanist myself, but we all get stumped now and then, especially by strange cultivars. I had been asked to ID a plant with neither flowers nor fruits (not ideal) from Los Angeles. I submitted a photo to FlowerChecker and had an answer (that I confirmed!) in under 24 hours. The people behind the app are extremely kind and responsive as well as good at their job.

The app is simple to use too. Definitely 5 stars.

If I had one small complaint, its just that the alert (that a message arrived) sometimes led to...no message displayed. Later, it would be visible. Not sure if thats operator error though).
